I’m currently in the midst of my 2012 body transformation. My aim? To lose as much body fat as I can and get my six-pack back.
I got tired of looking podgy going shirtless. I hated the way my clothes were tight and I had to choose clothes to hide my love handles.
And you know what?
In 2011 I did something about it. I started this blog and did my 2011 body transformation challenge.
Then something aweful happened…
I got sloppy.
I slacked off. I avoided the gym and stuffed myself with alcohol and other crap (chocolate and crisps mainly). I put on weight and lost the 6 pack I’d carefully crafted over ten months. The disgusting fat is back!
Hey, no-one said this dieting larking was going to be easy. It’s a lifelong project.
Thus begins my 2012 body transformation challenge.
I’m more determined than ever. I’ve got more experience. I know how my body responded last time, so I know what fat loss techniques work and what don’t.
It’s time to get down and dirty.
No more messing around. Every two weeks I’ll update you on my progress. You’ll personally see what I’m eating, how I’m training (for better or for worse). You’ll learn how to lose fat in a fast and safe way, whether you’re and man or a women.
