It’s been 8 weeks since I started my 2012 fat loss challenge.
My weight reading on Saturday 19th May 2012 was 82.6kg, compared with 83.1kg two weeks ago. That’s a 0.5kg (1.1lb loss).
Whilst I was hoping to drop around 1kg (2lbs) per two weeks, any loss if good.
Training wise, I’m still following a Turbulence Training routine which consists of three 40 minute gym sessions (20 minutes strength training, 20 minute bicycle interval sprints), along with 30 minute body weight circuits on off-days.
