It’s been 10 weeks since I started my 2012 fat loss challenge.
I’m not going to lie, the last two weeks I’ve been eating more than I should have.
I haven’t stuck strictly to The PERFECT Meal System and as a result my weight only dropped 0.7kg (1.5lbs) since my last weigh-in two weeks ago.
I now weigh 81.9kg, with the goal of reaching 75kg by the end of the year.
What I would say is that losing weight is possible even when you aren’t 100% strict. You CAN have the occasional treat, as long as the MAJORITY of the time you are good (80%-90%).
